All instruments have to be shipped pre-paid. Instruments
can exceptionally be shipped directly from your customer
to us (RUSH) as long as the RGA number is clearly
identified on the box and RAF (Repair Authorization
Form) is previously sent to us. Remember : from December
1st to March 31st, many goods have to be shipped heated
services to avoid breakage due to liquid expansion
when freezing. Consult this list
of cold sensitive products prior to shipping.

Authorization Form completed and signed by you,
